We set clear goals around availability, performance, security, and scalability, using services like VPC, Route 53, Certificate Manager, ALB, ASG, EC2, RDS, and S3 — and came away with hands-on lessons in planning, scaling, and the challenges of working with AWS.

Developing a Go-to-Market Navigator for IC Product StrategyA study with Robert Bosch GmbH investigating what hinders market-oriented product strategy in the semiconductor industry. Through an iterative, design-oriented approach, it identifies four hindering factors and introduces a Decision Support System that improves traceability between market requirements, architectural solutions, and KPIs — increasing transparency and efficiency in product development kickoffs.

From Docs to Dialogue: Talking to Design SpecificationsChatSheetPT is a domain-specific RAG system for navigating complex, multimodal semiconductor datasheets, combining document classification, hybrid chunking, contextual embeddings, multimodal augmentation, and re-ranked retrieval to give context-aware, traceable answers. Evaluated via LLM-as-a-judge, it shows strong helpfulness, groundedness, and relevance, with room to improve on conciseness and correctness — supporting RAG as a promising approach for reliable access to technical information in this domain.
